Review of Simple Plan & We The Kings concert

These days I have a massive post-concert depression so I have decided to write some kind of the review of Simple Plan & We The Kings concert which took place in Vienna, Austria  (26th March 2012).
This was the first time that me and my best friend went to Vienna on our own. I was full of excitement but I have to admit that I was also a bit scared because Vienna is a huge city and it is easy to get lost there. When we finally arrived to Vienna we were a bit confused which way we should have taken.  Briefly said, we got lost twice (it is not that much, is it? :D ) – once when we could not find underground in Sudtiroler Platz but fortunately, we found a bus which drove us near to the entrance of this underground; and the second time we got a bit lost in the underground because we should have found the tube U1 and we were like “OMG, but what if this one is leading to the other side of the city and not to that one where we should get?“ But then we found out (how surprising!) that in this platform, there were both tubes, one leading to the station were we should have changed the tubes, and the other one leading on the other side.
It was about 3pm when we finally reached the venue. Fortunately, we know that we are next to the venue when we saw Simple Plan fans with the T-shirts with the band’s logo. We happily stayed in the row (okey it was not that happily…we were quite bored and it was freezing there too) untill 6pm when stupid dumb security guy who was not even able to speak English properly said us to move back because he had just decided that they should have built the barriers in front of the entrance! So what happened? The fans that came at 5pm and later were the first in the row and we, the fans who came at 2pm or 3pm were standing behind them! It was sooo unfair! We also met there some slovak fans who really helped us because they told us where to find the tourbus and meet he guys :)
After 7pm,  security guards started to check our tickets and also our bags (drinks & food were not allowed). And I really have to say that one of the security guards was really rough guy, he nearly hurt one fan just because the fans standing behind her were pushing her forward!
Then I was finaly inside of the building….but I had to wait for my best friend who I lost somewhere behind me in the crowd.
After her arrival, we quickly moved to venue and we were so close to the stage, concretely in the 5th row! It was really hot there and we also did not have anything to drink so I was a bit stressed that I am gonna faint or something like that (but I did not! Whooop! :D ).
Precisely at 8pm, We The Kings started their show! I have to admit that these guys were bloody amazing! I really fell in love with their song “Say You Like Me“ and now I am listening to it again and again :) I really do not understand why they are not that famous in Slovakia because these guys are f**king ah-mazing!
After 9pm, Simple Plan got to the stage! I just cannot even describe how super-mega-awesome was their show! It was the kick-ass performance! I have never seen something like that before! And I was sooo close to them! :’) David also did a stage diving but unfortunately on the other side of the crowd :P Party medley, where Pierre and Seb were dancing in the most funny way (and I am not even mentioning Pierre´s dancing during I am Sexy And I Know It because it was a killer combination! ;) ) was totally massive. I also heard that this show in Vienna was one of the best shows they have EVER made! So I am really grateful that I could be a part of it!
After the concert, we were ready to look for the tourbus, and we did not even have to look for it for a long time because some fans lead us there :P The first guys there were Danny Duncan and Travis Clark from We The Kings. I got an autograph from Danny and then I was  like: “Can I also have a picture with you?“  and Danny was soo nice: “Yeah, of course.“ Then I said thanks and he told me: “Thanks. You are awesome!“ I was like in seventh heaven! :D We wanted to have a photo with Travis too but the bands driver was in hurry and really nervous and there were so many fans that Travis did not even get to us to give us an autograph but he yelled from the bus at us:  “You are all so sexy. I wanna have babies with each one of you!” And then they left…but we were still waiting for Simple Plan! :)
Me & my best friend were that tired that we were singing and also having a conversation in English and French, when we suddenly saw Pierre giving the autographs to the fans who were standing opposite to us. As he was getting closer and closer we were more and more excited! And then finally he came to us and gave us his autograph and I was like: “Pierre, can I have a picture with you?“ and he said “Of course.“ so I just stand next to him but some girl wanted him to give her an autograph to the book called Simple Plan and Pierre signed it & took a pic of that book (and I was still standing next to him!!!!!) and then Nadri, my best friend,  took a picture of us and I was full of feeling so I just hugged him (unfortunately, you cannot see that in the photo) and then I took a picture of Pierre and Nadri. He did a bit of signings for other fans and left to the tourbus. Then after really long time Seb appeared! He looked sooo nice but also quite tired and a bit sleepy :) He also signed our papers and I asked if I can have a photo with him and he said (in the cutest way EVER): “Sure.“ He also took a picture with Nadri. Then after some time David came out of the building and he said to us that he would come back after he put the luggage to the tourbus. But he was not coming…we were like “OMG he forgot about us!“ But then Chuck and his luggage appeared and as he promised that he would come to see us he also came. He asked my best friend Nadri how was she and when I was getting ready to have a picture with him, he asked me:  “Did you enjoy the show?“ The words just did not want to come out of my mouth so I just said: “Yeaaaaaaaah, it was a kick ass show!“ Then Chuck left to the bus and after some time it was Jeff who came out of the venue with the luggage and he also promised us to come back soon and he also did! Jeff asked us how are we doing and then signed our papers and took a pic with us :) When he left we were still waiting there, hoping that David would finally come as he promised…it took him longer time but he did not break the promise :) He was such a cutie and unfortunately  was in hurry because he was a bit late so he just gave us autographes and we took a picture with him (I touched his head with mine aaaaw :P ) and we also helped one girl to spell her name for David cos she wanted and autograph with inscription and David asked her how to spell her name and she quite failed at it so we helped her to spell it right :D
Then we, happy as never before, went to the undeground BUT we found out that there is no tube going untill 4:53!!!! We got nervous! It was for about 1:30 and the train for Bratislava went at 5:17 and we knew that we would just miss the train! There also was some bus near the venue but it led to some unknown place for us so we were waiting in that windy weather and at night until 4:30 till the undeground was finally opened and so that we could wait for tube inside where it was not that cold as it was outside! When we arrived to the station the train for Bratislava was already there so after a while we just got on and went home.

I just have to say that 26th March 2012 was definitely one of the best days of my life and I really hope that I am gonna meet the guys again!
